1. Who we are

2. Research Use Only — the core condition

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified institution, are 21 or older, and accept full responsibility for the safe handling and lawful use of every product in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed. Prices are in USD. We accept card payments through our payment processor and selected cryptocurrencies. Payment instructions and totals shown at checkout are binding. Payment confirmation may take several minutes for cryptocurrency transactions.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and reships

Research chemicals cannot be returned once delivered for safety and integrity reasons. Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments are covered by our Returns & Reships policy.

6. No medical or other claims

We make no claim that any product is safe, effective, or fit for any purpose beyond research use. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products.
