No returns of delivered product

For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, research chemicals that have been delivered cannot be returned for refund once the tamper-evident packaging has left our fulfilment partner's custody. Do not send product back — we cannot accept parcels of research chemicals.

What we reship or refund at our cost

• Parcel never arrives (no tracking movement for 15 business days after dispatch) — full free reship or refund, your choice.
• Damaged on arrival — photo of the packaging and vials within 48h of delivery → free reship.
• Wrong or missing item — we ship the correct item immediately.
• Payment taken, order not confirmed — full refund to the original payment method.

Refund method

Card payments are refunded to the same card. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset to the sending address, or as account credit if the address is unreachable.

How to claim

Email support@pepdream.com within 48 hours of delivery (or anytime for non-arrival) with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We answer within one business day. Claims are handled case-by-case and always resolved in your favor when the facts are on your side.
