What we collect

Order information you enter at checkout: email address, name, shipping address, and order contents. Technical data implied by using the site: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (server logs, kept for security and abuse prevention). Payment data never touches our servers — card details are entered only on our payment processor's hosted page, and crypto payments go directly on-chain.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your order (including passing your shipping details to our fulfilment partner, who ships on our behalf and is bound to use the data only for that shipment).
To send transactional email: order confirmation, payment confirmation, and shipping/tracking notices.
To detect fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email from this store.

Where it lives

Order and log data are stored on our server in the EU and with our payment processor. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and dispute handling (typically up to 7 years), then delete them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (subject to legal retention) by emailing support@pepdream.com. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights including objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
